In celebrating the International Polar Year, people from Ice Stories made cameras and web-blogs available to polar scientists in order for them to document their fieldwork in real time. The result is a Web-based project named Ice Stories where you can follow scientists' adventures.

This website allows anyone interested in polar research to follow scientific expeditions, ask them questions, and share their discoveries with them as they occur.

If you are interested in polar science, the IPF publishes SciencePoles, where you can find polar science articles and interviews, as well as picture galleries and videos. Regular news updates are also available.
