The "Biodiversity and Food" sheet is part of the larger educational dossier on Biodiversity & Climate change. It evaluates the impacts of climate change on fisheries and agriculture as well as their significance for the Southern countries which have become highly dependant on these two sectors of activity.
To put theory into practice, the sheet suggests a group activity "A little gardening" to illustrate how climatic conditions can affect watercress plantations. It also offers references for those who wish to go a step further.
